These terms are an agreement between you and AI EZ Marketing LLC (“we”, “us”), which runs Swipenomics. By using Swipenomics you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.

Information, not advice

• Swipenomics is an information tool. It isn't financial, credit, tax, or legal advice. We aren't a bank, lender, card issuer, credit counselor, or financial adviser.
• Recommendations, interest estimates, payoff plans, and benefit lists are based on what you enter, what your bank reports, and card terms we collected from public sources. Those can be incomplete or out of date, and card issuers change their terms often. Your card agreement and issuer always have the final word. Check with them before you rely on a rate, reward, or benefit.
• We don't promise any particular rewards, savings, interest cost, or effect on your credit score.

Your account and information

• Keep access to your email secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You're responsible for activity in your account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
• Never enter full card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, or passwords. The app doesn't need them.
• Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Linking a bank

If you link a bank, the connection is made by Plaid Inc. You authorize us and Plaid to get information about your credit card accounts from your bank so the app can show it to you. Plaid's use of your data is covered by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You can unlink at any time.

Using the app fairly

Don't misuse Swipenomics: no breaking the law with it, accessing other people's data, interfering with or overloading the service, scraping it, or trying to get around its security.

Card names and other companies

Card names and logos belong to their issuers and networks. Swipenomics isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we clearly say so. If we ever earn money when you apply for a card through the app, we'll say so next to that card.

Price

Swipenomics is free right now. If we add paid features, we'll tell you the price before you're charged anything.

Ownership

We own the app and its content. You own the information you enter, and you let us store and process it only to run the app for you.

No warranty

Swipenomics is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for financial decisions you make using the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.

Ending your use

You can stop using Swipenomics and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell signed-in users about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
