Privacy policy

Swipenomics is run by AI EZ Marketing LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what the app needs to do its math, we never ask for card numbers, and we don't sell your data or use it for ads.

What we collect

• Card details you enter. Card name, issuer, the last 4 digits of the card number if you add them (to tell your cards apart), personal or business, APR and intro APR, balance, credit limit, annual fee, points balance and point value, earn rates, benefits, payment due day, which yearly credits you've used, and your typical monthly spending by category.
• What we never ask for. Full card numbers (we only ever keep the last 4 digits), expiration dates, security codes, PINs, or bank passwords. Please don't type them into any field.
• Your email address, if you sign in, so we can email you a sign-in link and keep your cards in your account.
• Linked bank information, only if you choose to link a bank. We use Plaid to connect to your bank. You sign in to your bank inside Plaid's window, so we never see your bank username or password. From Plaid we receive, for credit card accounts only: the account name, the last 4 digits, the bank's name, current balance, credit limit, APR, minimum payment, and payment due date. We keep a Plaid access token on our servers so we can refresh those numbers. It is never sent to your browser.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records things like IP address, browser type, and the time of each request to keep the service secure and working. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
• Data saved on your device. If you don't sign in, your cards are saved only in your browser's storage. We also save small preferences there, like the last tab you opened.

How we use it

Only to run the app: recommending a card for a purchase, payoff plans, benefit tracking, alerts and reminders, syncing your cards across devices, and keeping the service secure. We don't sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to make credit decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the companies that run parts of the service for us, and only what they need:

• Supabase stores your account and cards and sends sign-in emails.
• Vercel hosts the app.
• Plaid connects to your bank if you link one. Plaid's handling of your data is covered by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts serves the app's fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the service. If the business is sold or merged, your information would move to the new owner under this policy.

How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and our providers encrypt stored data. Database rules make sure each signed-in person can only read their own cards, and bank access tokens are kept on the server where browsers can't reach them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will tell you if a breach affects it.

Your choices

• Use the app without an account. Your cards then stay in your browser.
• Edit or delete any card at any time.
• Unlink a bank at any time. We delete its access token and tell Plaid to end the connection.
• Signing out removes your cards from that device. They stay in your account.
• Ask us to see, correct, or delete your data, or to close your account, by emailing privacy@aiezmarketing.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your cards, linked bank connections, and email address within 30 days, and remove them from backups within 90 days. Server logs are kept for a short time for security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to know what we collect, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and not be treated differently for asking. We don't sell or share personal information for targeted advertising. To use these rights, email us. We'll verify the request comes from you.

Children

Swipenomics is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll let signed-in users know in the app or by email first.
